Youth Award for Achievement in the Arts

Grant Description

This annual Youth Award for Achievement in the Arts offers one Australian First Nations artist or arts worker aged 18–35 a $25,000 prize to recognise excellence and outstanding achievement in community arts and cultural development, dance, experimental arts, literature, multi-arts, music, theatre and/or visual arts. It forms part of Creative Australia’s First Nations First industry development programmes, aiming to elevate young First Nations practitioners by celebrating their artistic practice and leadership.
