Grant Description

The Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and delivering research, educational, and promotional grant programs in emergency healthcare to enhance patient experiences and outcomes, save lives, and promote system sustainability in Queensland. The Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) is responsible for regulating and improving Queensland’s Compulsory Third Party insurance scheme and provides funds for research and education in rehabilitation services and motor vehicle accident prevention. Together, they support high-quality research aimed at improving emergency healthcare for trauma patients in regional, rural, and remote Queensland.
