Grant Description

The Suicide Prevention Research Scheme (SPRS) aims to strengthen the evidence base for suicide prevention and understand effective strategies for preventing suicide. The scheme supports high-quality research projects conducted by Queensland universities to advance the understanding of suicide prevention. Through two grant rounds in 2024-25 and 2025-26, the SPRS will allocate a total of $1.05 million to fund innovative research initiatives.
