Grant Description
The STEM Grants provide up to $50 000 to support innovative models of care that improve equity of access to primary health services in rural towns of 5 000 people or fewer across specified NSW LGAs. Applicants will pilot new or redesigned service delivery approaches—such as blended face-to-face and telehealth consultations, digital health technology integration or targeted outreach for priority populations—with measurable before-and-after impacts within the 2025–26 financial year.
