This EOI seeks to identify a lead Indian community organisation to design, build and manage a new or expanded Indian Community Centre in Melbourne’s west, offering a safe, inclusive and culturally appropriate hub for the diverse Indian Victorian community. Successful applicants may receive up to $2,400,000 to contribute towards construction, significant renovations and associated works. The focus is on providing accessible, “whole of community” infrastructure that supports cultural celebration, social connection and community harmony.
