Grant Description

The Professional Attachments Program supports early career film and television practitioners in Victoria by offering paid placements (generally 5–12 weeks) on eligible productions. Selected applicants join the Professional Attachments Register and may be shortlisted for roles alongside experienced mentors in below-the-line technical positions. This initiative targets skill development and aims to strengthen the professional workforce in Victoria’s screen industry. Attachments are primarily on narrative fiction productions and, occasionally, documentaries, with a focus on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
