Grant Description

The PALS programme provides Western Australian school communities—including Department-funded kindergartens and all primary and secondary schools—with grants of up to $5,000 to develop reconciliation projects that enhance understanding of Aboriginal cultures, histories and perspectives through partnership, acceptance, learning and sharing; its key focus areas are collaborative engagement with Aboriginal people, in-class cultural learning, and community healing and reconciliation.
