Grant Description
Australian Rotary Health (ARH) is one of the nation’s largest independent funders of mental-health research and has invested in mental-illness studies since 2000. Building on a decade-long focus on young people, ARH’s 2026 round supports clinical or public-health projects that demonstrably improve the mental wellbeing of Australian children aged 0 to 12. Grants provide up to $100,000 + GST per year for a maximum of three years (renewed annually upon a satisfactory progress report) and are intended to generate evidence that can be translated into policy, practice, or scalable interventions. Priority is given to innovative, community-relevant studies that align with Rotary’s goal of “doing good in the world,” contribute to workforce capacity, and foster collaboration between universities, hospitals, and research institutes across Australia.
