Grant Description

The Lambert McBride Perpetual Bursary, established by the Queensland Government to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the 1967 Constitutional referendum, honours the legacy of Aboriginal advocate Lambert McBride. It recognises his commitment to education and Indigenous advancement by supporting a high-achieving Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student studying at a Queensland higher education institution.
