Grant Description

The Wollongong Heritage Fund – Heritage Grants program supports conservation projects and planning activities for properties with a local heritage listing under the Wollongong Local Environmental Plan. The program aims to protect and conserve heritage places of local cultural significance by funding conservation works or the preparation of technical documents that inform future conservation. Funding is available on a matched basis, covering up to 50% of total project costs to a maximum of $10,000 (excluding GST), with projects required to commence after 1 July in the application year and be completed by 31 May the following year.
