Grant Description
The Drought Preparedness Grant Scheme aims to assist primary producers in offsetting the cost of new permanent capital infrastructure to improve the resilience of their primary production business to drought. The grant provides 25% of the cost of purchasing new permanent capital infrastructure, with a maximum grant amount of $50,000 over five years. This scheme is designed to help producers prepare for, continue to operate in, and recover from drought conditions.
