Grant Description

The Company Director Capability Fund for Individuals offers a flat rate of $3,000 to support diverse artists and arts workers in Australia to undertake training that develops their foundational governance skills. Targeting under-represented groups such as First Nations people, d/Deaf and Disabled individuals, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people aged 25 or under, and those living in regional or remote areas, the fund aims to prepare recipients for future board roles in the arts and cultural sector. This initiative supports Creative Australia’s 2024–2028 strategy for increasing diversity in creative leadership.
