First Nations Director Scholarship Program

Grant Description

The First Nations Director Scholarship Program 2026 supports up to 46 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders and directors with a 12-month opportunity to strengthen their governance skills through specialised programs. Funded by the National Indigenous Australians Agency and delivered in partnership with the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute and The Observership Program, the scholarship includes full enrolment into either the Foundations of Directorship™, the Company Directors Course™, or The Observership Program, along with mentoring, travel and accommodation support, and a 12-month AICD membership.
