Grant Description
The Active Australia Innovation Challenge provides competitive grants of up to $30,000 to support new, community-led project ideas that increase physical activity among people who face barriers to being active, particularly those not meeting Australia’s Physical Activity Guidelines or at risk of chronic disease. Delivered by the Heart Foundation and funded by the Australian Government, the program supports innovative, locally driven initiatives across metropolitan, regional, rural, and remote Australia, with projects required to be delivered within 12 months.
