Grant Description
The Collaborative Development Program provides up to $100,000 (exclusive of GST) per project (with larger amounts considered case-by-case) to reimburse eligible expenses for industry participants in Queensland seeking to extract or recover critical minerals from mine waste. Intended beneficiaries are tenement holders, plant operators and infrastructure operators engaged in reprocessing tailings, waste rock, slags, mine water and similar materials, with a focus on advancing secondary prospectivity, trialling novel technologies and reducing waste to support Queensland’s economic transition and circular-economy objectives.
