Grant Description

Community Benefit Payment grants fund local not-for-profit, charitable and social-purpose organisations in New South Wales to offset potential harm from increased gaming machines. Payments are made to the Responsible Gambling Fund and distributed via invitation to support social wellbeing—particularly services in health, mental health, youth, housing, domestic and family violence, financial disadvantage and for Aboriginal or Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities—and require recipients to incorporate gambling-harm-minimisation strategies into their regular activities.
