Community Festivals and Events Grants

Grant Description

One-off grants that enable not-for-profit and community groups to stage festivals or events that strengthen community health and wellbeing, celebrate Brimbank’s diversity, promote sustainable living and showcase the municipality as a destination. Funding of up to $10,000 is offered for Community Festivals and Events and up to $25,000 for Major Festivals and Events, with activities to be delivered between November 2025 and December 2026. Intended beneficiaries are Brimbank residents, with a focus on equity groups including First Nations peoples, multicultural communities, young people, people with disability and LGBTQIA+ communities. Key focus areas align with Council strategies on health, social inclusion, climate action and reconciliation.
