Grant Description

The Tasmanian Government has allocated a total funding pool of $10 million (excludes GST) under the Density Incentive Grant Scheme to incentivise medium- and high-density housing developments. Grants of $10,000 per dwelling, up to a maximum of 50 dwellings per application, are available to eligible developers, with payments made upon evidence of project commencement.
