Grant Description

The Community Health Pharmacotherapy Grants provide flexible funding over a three-year period (2024-2027) to increase access to pharmacotherapy services through community health programs. With a total funding pool across three tiers, the grant aims to support the development or expansion of pharmacotherapy prescribing services, build stronger networks with local GPs and pharmacies, and promote resilience in local pharmacotherapy systems. Grants are tiered, ranging from up to $85,000 per annum for Tier 1 to $250,000 per annum for Tier 3.
