Grant Description

The Western Australian Near-miss Awards (WANMA) Ideas Grants 2024-25 provide funding to support early- and mid-career researchers who applied to the NHMRC Ideas Grants 2024 and received a “fundable but not funded” designation. Each successful applicant receives $100,000 (excluding GST) for a 12-month activity period to enhance their application for future NHMRC rounds.
