Grant Description

The Grassroots Capabilities Grants provide one-off, flexible grants of between $10,000 and $30,000 (AUD) for one year only to strengthen the core capacity and capability of small grassroots organisations (annual revenue under $500,000 in FY22 and beyond) delivering critical services in Victoria. These grants target organisations working in two strategic priority areas—Thriving Children, by funding early intervention and prevention initiatives for children’s first six years, and Safe, Secure, Connected Communities, by enhancing access to secure housing and mental health support for all Victorians, with a particular emphasis on older people.
