Grant Description

The Synergy Community Giving Fund is an annual grant programme offering one-off grants of up to $10,000 to registered charities, not-for-profit incorporated entities and certified social enterprises operating within the South West Interconnected System (SWIS). It supports practical, community-led initiatives that build resilient, prosperous communities by focusing on environmental stewardship, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partnerships, social inclusion for people with disability, mental and physical wellbeing, community cohesion, arts participation in regional areas and opportunities for disadvantaged youth.
