Grant Description
The Queensland–Germany Bioeconomy Collaborative Science Program 2026–2027 provides grants of up to $250,000 (ex GST) to support collaborative research projects between Queensland-based universities or research organisations and German research partners. The program aims to strengthen international scientific partnerships, advance innovation in the bioeconomy, and develop practical solutions that contribute to economic, social, and environmental outcomes in Queensland and Germany. Funded projects must address priority areas including agriculture and agri-food systems, bio-based products and processes, or advanced biotechnological knowledge and tools that support the transition to a sustainable and low-carbon bioeconomy.
