The Key Talent Placements – On a Production program provides early to mid-career Victorian writers and directors with paid placements of 6 to 12 weeks on screen productions. Successful applicants are added to VicScreen’s Key Talent Placements Register, giving them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in directing or writing through activities such as shadow directing, 2nd unit directing, or writing episodes. The program promotes diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in the screen industry.
