Grant Description

The Infrastructure Development Fund provides $80 million to address infrastructure constraints limiting housing developments in metropolitan Perth and regional areas. Stream 1 offers rebates of up to $10,000 per apartment for eligible water, wastewater, and electricity connection costs. Funds are paid directly to service providers.
